Mr. Sanket Patil is a Chemical Engineering Graduate with MBA in Marketing and Systems. He has rich experience of the 22 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry looking after Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Supply Chain & Distribution, API ( Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients ) manufacturing, Finished Formulations manufacturing , Quality Assurance and Human Resources.

During the span of these 22 years, Mr. Sanket Patil has worked with the leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturing companies such as Lupin Group, Amoli Group, Kores (India) Limited, Biocon Ltd and Ami Lifesciences Pvt Ltd He has worked in the top managerial position for 18 years during the various assignments undertaken in these companies and has also served as Board Member and Director of Ami Lifesciences Pvt Ltd for the period of 4 years where the company achieved the multifold growth under his leadership and vision.

After quitting Ami Lifesciences Pvt Ltd in the year 2014, he started the company Bioaltus Laboratories Private Limited.

Ms. Siya Patil is a Commerce Graduate from the Mumbai University and she has also done the Advanced Program in the Chartered Public Accountant from the ICFAI University.

Ms. Siya Patil is a seasoned Accounting and Finance professional with over 10 years’ experience in the field of the Financial Management and handling Accounting Portfolio. Ms. Siya Patil has worked as an Auditor for the CA firm in Mumbai for 7 years before joining Bioaltus Laboratories Private Limited.

Ms. Siya Patil overlooks the functions of Accounts, Finance, SAP Business One module and other commercial affairs in Bioaltus Laboratories Private Limited along with the Accounts and the Finance team.
